By booking a call, purchasing a session, or using the services, you agree to these terms.

Services

EU Affairs Careers provides coaching and advisory services related to EU careers in Brussels, including career direction, job search strategy, application review, interview preparation, policy and reporting skills, and guidance on EU institutions, consulting, public affairs, and freelance career paths.

No job guarantee

The services are designed to improve your clarity, positioning, applications, and preparation. However, EU Affairs Careers does not guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, contracts, or specific career outcomes.

Hiring decisions are made by employers, institutions, recruiters, and other third parties.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Attending scheduled sessions on time

• Implementing agreed actions

• Making final decisions regarding applications, interviews, roles, and career choices

Bookings and payment

Fees are displayed on the website or agreed before the service begins.

Payment terms will be confirmed before the session or programme starts. A booking may only be confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, unless otherwise agreed.

If EU Affairs Careers needs to reschedule, you will be offered a suitable alternative time.

Refunds

Refunds are not normally provided after a coaching session has taken place.

For coaching programmes, refund terms will be agreed before the programme begins.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching is treated confidentially. EU Affairs Careers will not share your personal information, CV, application materials, or career plans with third parties without your permission, unless required by law.

Intellectual property

Materials, templates, guidance, and written content provided during coaching are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, sold, distributed, or republished without permission.

Limitation of liability
