Coaching and career conversations are not recorded or transcribed by Doubleu Consulting SRL unless this has been explicitly agreed with you in advance. Third-party recording, transcription or AI note-taking services may not participate in sessions without prior agreement. This helps protect the confidentiality and privacy of our conversations.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Client and enquiry information may be kept for a reasonable period for administrative, legal, and service continuity purposes, unless you request deletion and there is no legal reason to retain it.
